Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a great base for exploring Cusco. The room had a skylight without a blind, making late sleep-ins challenging, but overall, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms perfectly matched the rustic and charming themes I had seen online, complete with high-end linens and mattresses. I enjoyed beautiful views of both the city and the peaceful garden from my room, which was located on the first level. However, it would have been even more perfect if it had been on the ground level.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very cosy and cute, especially with the upper loft area and the sofa bed downstairs. Although it was a bit dark in the room, I felt safe knowing the hotel had a secure entrance where you had to ring the bell for entry. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a better room than the one we originally booked due to a cancellation, which was incredibly nice of them.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were perfectly heated and well designed, making it extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff always available, helpful, and even providing medication and oxygen when needed. The location offered a great view over the city and was close to many attractions, although there were some annoying disturbances from maintenance knocks on the door. The dining experience was delightful with a fantastic breakfast selection. Overall, a great value for the facilities provided.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, but the decor was outdated and the lighting was a bit dim. The hotel felt very secure with a closed door and a requirement to ring the bell for entry, which was reassuring.
I was happy to indulge in the rustic and charming themes I saw on the booking site. The rooms had higher-end linens and mattresses, with a great view of the hillside. They were lovely, but a small puddle on the floor in the morning was a slight issue. Sharing a twin room with a friend didn't give us much privacy when using the bathroom.
After a trek to a night, the hotel rooms were too cold for my liking, even with not enough heat. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The central location was convenient and provided a great view of the city. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown in terms of food variety, but the sunny room offered beautiful views. Despite the room temperature issue, the hotel overall was a decent choice.
The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with very friendly staff in a great location near key attractions in Cusco. However, the room decor might feel a bit outdated, and dining options could be improved.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and stylish, albeit a bit oddly designed and dark. The hotel feels very secure as you need to ring a bell since the door is closed, giving a sense of safety. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with any needs we had. The location was great, offering both convenience and tranquility away from the bustling crowds. The dining experience was lovely, especially with the picturesque view of Cusco. The facilities were adequate, offering a comfortable stay.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are really spacious and comfy, bright and sunny with spectacular views of Cusco spreading out up the surrounding mountains. The food options are above your standard, generic hotel room, and they even accommodated the extra guests at no extra charge. The service was super friendly and helpful; I was unaware that my husband speaks Spanish, but they were so amazing and helpful in updating our reservation to include the additional two days. The location is great, very close to the main plaza, and convenient to everything, allowing for a great night's rest. The dining experience was delicious with fresh fruits, juices, eggs made to order, and a lovely room with a great view. The facilities were top-notch and definitely made my stay even better.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms below the breakfast area were super spacious and comfortable with balconies overlooking the courtyards but unfortunately too cold and lacked sufficient heating. The service provided by Arturo was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall. The location was excellent for exploring Cusco, being close to major attractions while maintaining a tranquil setting. The dining options were somewhat limited and not always satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with both positive and negative aspects to consider.
My stay here was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy and warm, although we didn't get the suite we had booked. The service was exceptional, quick to provide oxygen tanks when needed, and always friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains despite some slight disturbances. The dining experience was good, with a nice variety of breakfast options. The facilities were satisfactory, catering to our needs.
