My stay at the hotel was a great base for exploring Cusco. The room had a skylight without a blind, making late sleep-ins challenging, but overall, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in had a skylight, so unless you're an early riser, it might not be ideal for sleeping in late. The beds were located in a loft area accessible by a spiral staircase.
Service
9.0
The service was amazing, with helpful staff arranging taxis for us, keeping our luggage while we traveled, and even offering laundry services when we returned. However, there was a slight issue where one staff member openly complained about us assuming we didn't understand Spanish.
Location

The location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to various attractions in Cusco, including the town center.
Dining

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options like fresh eggs, fruits, yoghurt, and bread. The view during breakfast was lovely.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms perfectly matched the rustic and charming themes I had seen online, complete with high-end linens and mattresses. I enjoyed beautiful views of both the city and the peaceful garden from my room, which was located on the first level. However, it would have been even more perfect if it had been on the ground level.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views. The rustic charm and high-quality linens made for a very comfortable stay.
Service
9.0
The service at this hotel was impeccable. The staff were always available and went above and beyond to assist with any needs we had, from arranging taxis to providing laundry services. The breakfast service was a bit slow, but the overall service was fantastic.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was ideal, offering a nice view over the city, especially considering Cuzco's narrow streets. It was centrally located, just a short walk to the main plaza and near plenty of dining options. Being able to book tours directly at the hotel was convenient, although I wished there was a heater in the room. Despite that, the tranquil setting and best pisco sour in Peru made it worthwhile.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was varied and satisfying, with a good selection of fresh juices, fruits, and eggs made to order. The sunny room with views of the San Blas neighborhood added to the enjoyable atmosphere. However, the limited breakfast options were a bit disappointing, as I expected more variety.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel facilities were great, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful garden and beautiful views added to the overall charm of the place.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very cosy and cute, especially with the upper loft area and the sofa bed downstairs. Although it was a bit dark in the room, I felt safe knowing the hotel had a secure entrance where you had to ring the bell for entry. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a better room than the one we originally booked due to a cancellation, which was incredibly nice of them.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were perfectly heated and well designed, making it extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff always available, helpful, and even providing medication and oxygen when needed. The location offered a great view over the city and was close to many attractions, although there were some annoying disturbances from maintenance knocks on the door. The dining experience was delightful with a fantastic breakfast selection. Overall, a great value for the facilities provided.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, but the decor was outdated and the lighting was a bit dim. The hotel felt very secure with a closed door and a requirement to ring the bell for entry, which was reassuring.

I was happy to indulge in the rustic and charming themes I saw on the booking site. The rooms had higher-end linens and mattresses, with a great view of the hillside. They were lovely, but a small puddle on the floor in the morning was a slight issue. Sharing a twin room with a friend didn't give us much privacy when using the bathroom.

The rooms perfectly matched the rustic and charming themes I saw on the booking site. The higher-end linens and mattresses added a touch of luxury. The view of the hillside was fantastic. However, the slight issue of a small puddle on the floor in the morning and the lack of privacy in the shared twin room with a friend were minor drawbacks.
Service
9.0
The service was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The staff were the best part about this property. The only setback was encountering a rude staff member when I requested a room change due to noise near the front desk since I booked through Booking.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, very close to Plaza de Armas and many restaurants, right off the main square. Being in the older section of Cuzco gave the place a lot of character. The offered oxygen tanks to alleviate symptoms were a nice touch. It was close to everything yet far enough away from the mayhem.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was satisfactory, with some room for improvement. The offerings were simple but adequate. A bit more variety and quantity would have been appreciated. It was a bit of a letdown with only a small sugary juice box, a fruit, and a tiny sandwich. The homemade jams were a nice touch.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate for my needs. Laundry service, shuttle service, paid shuttle service, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance were available. However, Browbeating the incredible staff was unnecessary.

After a trek to a night, the hotel rooms were too cold for my liking, even with not enough heat. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The central location was convenient and provided a great view of the city. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown in terms of food variety, but the sunny room offered beautiful views. Despite the room temperature issue, the hotel overall was a decent choice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms are really spacious and comfy, bright and sunny with spectacular views of Cusco spreading out up the surrounding mountains. The food options are above your standard, generic hotel room, and they even accommodated the extra guests at no extra charge. The service was super friendly and helpful; I was unaware that my husband speaks Spanish, but they were so amazing and helpful in updating our reservation to include the additional two days. The location is great, very close to the main plaza, and convenient to everything, allowing for a great night's rest. The dining experience was delicious with fresh fruits, juices, eggs made to order, and a lovely room with a great view. The facilities were top-notch and definitely made my stay even better.
